Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Our 14-Day Return Policy We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Option A (Customer Pays): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
8. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
